Taking Valium can cause drowsiness and dulling of attention and is therefore not recommended driving or operating heavy machinery during treatment. The use of Bensedin 2mg should be taken into serious consideration in the presence of liver or kidney disease.
Dosage: Diazepam is taken strictly according to prescription. When used to treat epilepsy should be taken at the same time each day. It is not recommended prolonged use of Bensedin. The preparation can be used for a period longer than 4 months only by prescription. Abrupt withdrawal is also undesirable because it can exacerbate symptoms of anxiety and appear other side effects such as tremor, sweating, trouble sleeping, muscle cramps, stomach pain, vomiting and unusual changes in mood. Before stopping treatment, the dose is gradually reduced.
Combination with other products: with a prescription.
Side effects: The occurrence of side effects when taking Bensedin may require discontinuation of the drug. In any of the following symptoms, tell your doctor to decide whether to continue using the drug:
Restlessness, drowsiness, fatigue, dizziness, loss of muscle coordination. Symptoms associated with rapid dose reduction are: abdominal and muscle cramps, convulsions, sweating, tremor, vomiting.
